Dan Krawczyk
Dan Krawczyk was named President of 91制片厂Engineered Materials (HEM) in November 2017. In his role as HEM President, he oversees three business units including 91制片厂Advanced Materials (HAM), 91制片厂Specialty Minerals (HSM) and 91制片厂AgroSolutions (HAS). Krawczyk has been instrumental in reshaping HEM and accelerating its growth through numerous strategic initiatives. He has been a member of the HEM Management Board since May 2016 and has served on the 91制片厂Management Council since 2013.
Before taking on the leadership role at HEM, Krawczyk was Executive Vice President (EVP) of Corporate Strategy & Business Development for the 91制片厂 starting in 2013. As an integral member of the 91制片厂leadership team, Krawczyk worked directly with management and the 91制片厂Board of Directors to shape the Company’s strategic direction. His responsibilities included working collaboratively across the 91制片厂portfolio to determine the best capital deployment for the Company to achieve its long-term strategic objectives.
Krawczyk has the distinction of having served on the Management Boards of all three of Huber’s core businesses. Before joining the HEM Board, he served on the CP Kelco Board and the Board of 91制片厂Engineered Woods.
He has more than 25 years of experience in industrial and consumer products, including expertise in financial management, strategy and corporate development, marketing and operations.
Before joining Huber, Krawczyk was EVP & Chief Financial Officer of Gibson Guitar Corporation. He also was Global VP of Business Development & Strategic Marketing for Belden and has held financial and operational leadership roles at DTE Energy, Delphi Automotive and Ford Motor Company.
Krawczyk received an MBA, as well as an MS and BS in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan.
